Extrusion of Hopeless Tooth prior to Implant: Tooth #8 was fractured at CEJ and was deemed hopeless. Before extraction, a temporary post and crown was fabricated, brackets were placed and extrusion accomplished. With the hard and soft tissue in a more favorable position, implant esthetic predictability was improved.
